A: It is generally not advised because each reuse may result in a decrease in binding affinity. Results are consistent when using fresh antibodies.

What is the best way to keep reconstituted antibody solutions?
A: Store at -20°C or below after aliquoting. Do not freeze-thaw repeatedly. Freezing can be avoided by adding glycerol up to a final concentration of 50%.
