Innovative mRNA Antibody Format
Using this mRNA encoding the Mouse Anti-FLAG Antibody (clone M2) was a novel approach for our lab. It allowed us to express the antibody directly in our system. The transcript quality was high (>95%), and we successfully detected the heavy and light chains. A fascinating tool for intracellular antibody studies.
Specific For FLAG Epitope
The antibody expressed from this mRNA product maintained the high specificity of the classic M2 clone for the FLAG octapeptide. We used the expressed protein in downstream applications to detect FLAG-tagged proteins, and the sensitivity was comparable to traditional purified antibodies. Storage at -20°C kept the mRNA stable.
