Mouse Anti-Fxyd1 (pSer 68) Recombinant Antibody (Fx1097)

The anti-Fxyd1 (pSer 68) recombinant antibody (Fx1097) reacts with mouse Fxyd1 (pSer 68). Fxyd1 (Phospholemman) is a small transmembrane protein that regulates the Na+/K+ ATPase in the heart. When Fxyd1 is phosphorylated at Ser68 by PKA or PKC in response to adrenergic stimulation, its inhibitory effect on the sodium pump is relieved. This signaling increases pump activity, which is essential for managing the increased sodium load during rapid heart rates. The anti-Fxyd1 (pSer 68) antibody (Fx1097) has been tested in Western Blot (WB).
