Mouse Anti-FYB1 Recombinant Antibody (FY69)

The anti-FYB1 recombinant antibody (FY69) reacts with human FYB1. FYB1 (also known as ADAP) is an adaptor protein in T-cells that links the TCR complex to the actin cytoskeleton and integrins. It is essential for "inside-out" signaling, which increases the affinity of LFA-1 for its ligand, ICAM-1. FYB1 signaling ensures the stable formation of the immunological synapse and is required for efficient T-cell activation and adhesion. The anti-FYB1 antibody (FY69) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP).
