The Rabbit Anti-GEMIN2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat GEMIN2. GEMIN2 participates in the SMN complex for snRNP assembly, crucial in pre-mRNA splicing, with disruptions leading to neurological degeneration, highlighting roles in RNA processing. The anti-GEMIN2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunoprecipitation (1/50).
