Rabbit Anti-GEN1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R09-1B8) (CAT#: VS3-FY1727)
Clone R09-1B8 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes human GEN1. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. The specificity of the GEN1 antibody was confirmed by western blot analysis of GEN1 in rat brain, C6, 3T3, Hela lysates.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Endonuclease which resolves Holliday junctions (HJs) by the introduction of symmetrically related cuts across the junction point, to produce nicked duplex products in which the nicks can be readily ligated. Four-way DNA intermediates, also known as Holliday junctions, are formed during homologous recombination and DNA repair, and their resolution is necessary for proper chromosome segregation.
