Mouse Anti-GMPR2 Recombinant Antibody (GM1025)

The anti-GMPR2 recombinant antibody (GM1025) reacts with human GMPR2. GMPR2 catalyzes the NADPH-dependent reduction of GMP to IMP. This enzyme plays a central role in the purine salvage pathway, maintaining the balance of intracellular guanine nucleotides. GMPR2 signaling is implicated in cellular differentiation and the metabolic reprogramming of certain monocytic leukemias. The anti-GMPR2 antibody (GM1025) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
