This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes human GPIIb/IIIa. Mab MA-16N7C2 can block fibrinogen. In addition, MA-16N7C2, potently inhibits platelet aggregation induced by ADP, thrombin, arachidonic acid, collagen, U46619, adrenaline and platelet-activating factor, whereas ristocetin-induced aggregation was unaffected.
