Clone R69-7S-2 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes human GRIA2/GRIA3 protein, a calculated weight of 99 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R69-7S-2 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:20).
