Human Anti-HIV gp140 Recombinant Antibody (clone A7) (CAT#: VS-0723-CJ11)
This human anti-HIV gp140 antibody A7 is a product that recognizes HIV gp140 envelope (Env) proteins. The epitope was mapped to the V3 region in gp120 based on its reactivity with HIV-1 Env peptide arrays. clone A7 reacted with monomeric gp120 as well as with the soluble gp140 molecules. clone A7 showed potent neutralizing activity in the nanomolar range (IC50 <2 µg/mL) against Tier 1 strains.
