Mouse Anti-IFIT3 Recombinant Antibody (IF59)

The anti-IFIT3 recombinant antibody (IF59) reacts with human IFIT3. IFIT3 is a protein that functions as an antiviral scaffold. It binds viral RNA and other ISGs to inhibit viral translation and replication. IFIT3 signaling also acts as a bridge to enhance the RIG-I/MAVS pathway, amplifying the innate immune response during early viral infection. The anti-IFIT3 antibody (IF59) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP).
