Mouse Anti-IFNL2 Recombinant Antibody (IF802)

The anti-IFNL2 recombinant antibody (IF802) reacts with human IFNL2. IFNL2 (IL-28A) is a Type III Interferon that signals through the IL-28R/IL-10R2 complex. It induces an antiviral state similar to Type I IFNs but specifically at mucosal surfaces. IFNL2 signaling is critical for the defense of the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts, exhibiting fewer systemic inflammatory side effects than IFN-alpha. The anti-IFNL2 antibody (IF802) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC).
