Recombinant Anti-IGKC Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (OX20 var.)

The anti-IGKC eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse IGKC. IGKC, immunoglobulin kappa chains, is linked to immune response pathways. The antibody has a novel IGKC-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IGKC from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
