Mouse Anti-IL15RA Recombinant Antibody (IL632)

The anti-IL15RA recombinant antibody (IL632) reacts with human IL15RA. IL15RA is a high-affinity receptor that "trans-presents" IL-15 to neighboring NK cells and memory CD8+ T-cells via the IL-2/15Rbeta\gamma complex. This unique signaling mechanism is essential for the development and long-term survival of NK cells and is a target for immunotherapy to enhance anti-tumor responses. The anti-IL15RA antibody (IL632) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Western Blot (WB).
