Recombinant Llama Anti-IL16 Single Domain Antibody (HPAB-N0308-YC-VHH)

CD16 sdAb was derived from a published llama sdAb (GeneBank sequence EF561291). The CD16 sdAb was spliced to CD19 to test the ability of this CD16 engager to drive NK cell killing. The CD16 sdAb showed cytolytic NK activity similar to rituximab-mediated killing in a chromium release assay with CD19+Raji targets.
