Recombinant Anti-IL22RA2 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC179)

The anti-IL22RA2 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human and mouse IL22RA2. IL22RA2 is a receptor inhibiting IL22, impacting inflammatory responses and tumorigenesis. The antibody has a novel IL22RA2-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL22RA2 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
