ISS 1018, a short, synthetic, unmethylated CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (CpG ODN) with immunostimulatory properties, is being investigated alongside the HBsAg vaccine as a prophylactic to prevent hepatitis B in adults, and in combination with rituximab for b-cell or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treatment. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-ISS-1018 Antibody (VS-0125-YC1195), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets ISS-1018. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with ISS-1018 conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of ISS-1018 drug concentrations in various samples.
