The anti-KCNN4 recombinant antibody (KC82) reacts with human KCNN4. KCNN4 (KCa3.1) is a mid-conductance calcium-activated potassium channel. It is essential for regulating membrane potential and volume in immune cells and epithelia. KCNN4 signaling facilitates calcium influx by maintaining a hyperpolarized state, which is required for T-cell activation and the secretion of chloride in intestinal tissues. The anti-KCNN4 antibody (KC82) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
