Recombinant Anti-KLK3 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (1L123H-f var.)

The anti-KLK3 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human KLK3. KLK3, part of the kallikrein family, is related to seminal protein processing and prostate cancer diagnostics. The antibody has a novel KLK3-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble KLK3 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
