Recombinant Anti-LAMA4 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC201)

The anti-LAMA4 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human and mouse LAMA4. LAMA4 mediates cell attachment and tissue organization during development. The antibody has a novel LAMA4-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble LAMA4 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
