VNP40101M, an alkylating agent, has been utilized in trials for various cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, and lung cancer. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Laromustine Antibody (VS-0125-YC2042), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Laromustine. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Laromustine conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays.
