Mouse Anti-MAP4K4 Recombinant Antibody (MA155)

The anti-MAP4K4 recombinant antibody (MA155) reacts with human and murine MAP4K4. MAP4K4 (HGK) is a versatile kinase that activates the JNK pathway and regulates the actin cytoskeleton. It is a major mediator of TNF-α-induced insulin resistance. MAP4K4 signaling promotes cell migration and invasion; its inhibition is being explored as a therapy for metabolic diseases and metastatic cancers. The anti-MAP4K4 antibody (MA155) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
