Human Anti-MERS-Cov Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (HPAB-M0144-YC-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0144-YC-F(E))
Provided is a human-derived anti-MERS virus neutralizing antibody Fab fragment screened through using a bacteriophage surface display technology. The antibody can specifically recognize MERS virus particle antigens, can undergo a substantial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay reaction together with MERS viruses, and has an anti-MERS virus infection neutralizing activity function. The antibody can be processed to prepare specific antibody drugs for preventing and treating the MERS viruses in order to be clinically used to prevent and treat acute respiratory infectious disease caused by the MERS viruses.
