Mouse Anti-MOB1A Recombinant Antibody (MO982)

The anti-MOB1A recombinant antibody (MO982) reacts with human MOB1A. MOB1A is a core scaffold protein within the Hippo signaling pathway. It binds to and activates the kinases LATS1/2, which in turn phosphorylate and inhibit the transcriptional co-activators YAP and TAZ. This signaling axis is a master regulator of organ size, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Loss of MOB1A leads to YAP hyperactivation, driving uncontrolled cell growth and tumorigenesis. The anti-MOB1A antibody (MO982) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
