Clone R04-9H6 is a rabbit IgG recombinant antibody that is capable of recognizing human MT-ND1 protein, a calculated weight of 36 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R04-9H6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).
