The anti-MYDGF eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human MYDGF. MYDGF's function remains undetermined after initial assumptions about supporting lymphoid cells' proliferation. The antibody has a novel MYDGF-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble MYDGF from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
