Rabbit Anti-NCS1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R35-9B-6) (CAT#: VS3-FY2139)
Clone R35-9B-6 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that has been genetically engineered to specifically target human NCS1 protein, a calculated weight of 22 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R35-9B-6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), flow cytometry (dilution range 1:50).
