Mouse Anti-NEDD4 Recombinant Antibody (NE468)

The anti-NEDD4 recombinant antibody (NE468) reacts with human NEDD4. NEDD4 is the prototypical HECT-domain E3 ligase that regulates the endocytosis and degradation of various ion channels and receptors, most notably the epithelial sodium channel (ENaC). NEDD4 signaling is a key regulator of salt balance and blood pressure. It also plays a significant role in TGF-beta and IGF-1 receptor signaling pathways. The anti-NEDD4 antibody (NE468) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP).
