Mouse Anti-NEUROG3 Recombinant Antibody (NE1085)

The anti-NEUROG3 recombinant antibody (NE1085) reacts with human and murine NEUROG3. NEUROG3 is a pro-endocrine bHLH transcription factor that acts as the master switch for the differentiation of all pancreatic islet cells (α,β,δ,PP). It is expressed in a transient pulse in endocrine progenitors. Loss of NEUROG3 signaling results in a complete failure of endocrine pancreas development and permanent neonatal diabetes. The anti-NEUROG3 antibody (NE1085) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
