Mouse Anti-NGB Recombinant Antibody (NG993)

The anti-NGB recombinant antibody (NG993) reacts with human, mouse and rat NGB. NGB is a monomeric globin expressed in the central and peripheral nervous system. It binds oxygen with high affinity and facilitates its transport to mitochondria. NGB signaling provides a potent neuroprotective effect against hypoxia and ischemic stroke by scavenging reactive oxygen species and inhibiting pro-apoptotic signaling pathways. The anti-NGB antibody (NG993) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
