Recombinant Human Anti-NS Antibody (1424)

CAT#: FAMAB-0139-CN

The monoclonal antibody 1424 is specific for nonstructural protein NS1 of parvovirus B19. Human MAb 1424 specifically reacts with a peptide (amino acid sequence: GGESSEELSESSFFLIT) which included amino acids 511 to 528 of NS1.

Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Specific NS1 Peptide Binding
Clone 1424 is excellent for detecting Parvovirus B19. It specifically reacts with the peptide sequence GGESSEELSESSFFLIT (aa 511-528) of the NS1 protein. We used it in Western Blotting and Flow Cytometry with great success, obtaining specific and reproducible data.
Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Robust ELISA Performance
We needed a human IgG3 antibody for our ELISA setup to detect viral non-structural proteins. This recombinant antibody bound strongly to the NS1 antigen. The specificity for the viral DNA replication origin binding domain is a key feature for our virology research.

Q&As

  1. What specific peptide sequence does this antibody bind to?

A: The Human MAb 1424 specifically reacts with the peptide sequence GGESSEELSESSFFLIT, which corresponds to amino acids 511 to 528 of the nonstructural protein NS1 of parvovirus B19.

  2. What is the isotype of this recombinant human antibody?

A: This antibody is a Human IgG3, lambda isotype. It is expressed in CHO cells and is suitable for use in Western Blotting, Enzyme Linked Immunoabsorbent Assay (ELISA), and Flow Cytometry.
