- Antibody MGD21 has been reported in the application of Functional Assay, Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. It's recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubition time etc. be carefully titrated in specific assays. In hemoglobin release assay, the recommended concentration of MGD21 and MGD21-LALA antibodies is 0.2 mg/ml.
