Rabbit Anti-PA2G4 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-1C7)

The R04-1C7 recombinant monoclonal antibody with high affinity for human PA2G4. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat, hamster. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P, IP. The EBP1 antibody is recommended for detection of target protein by western blot analysis of EBP1 in 3T3, mouse liver lysates and western blot analysis of EBP1 in CHO-K1, C6, Ramos lysates.

- May play a role in a ERBB3-regulated signal transduction pathway. Seems be involved in growth regulation. Acts a corepressor of the androgen receptor (AR) and is regulated by the ERBB3 ligand neuregulin-1/heregulin (HRG). Inhibits transcription of some E2F1-regulated promoters, probably by recruiting histone acetylase (HAT) activity. Binds RNA.
