Mouse Anti-PAPLN Recombinant Antibody (PA145)

The anti-PAPLN recombinant antibody (PA145) reacts with human and murine PAPLN. PAPLN is a secreted extracellular matrix glycoprotein containing thrombospondin type-1 repeats. It is involved in the organization of the basement membrane during organogenesis. PAPLN signaling modulates the activity of ADAMTS metalloproteinases, influencing cell migration and tissue remodeling in the heart and nervous system. The anti-PAPLN antibody (PA145) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC).
