This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes PCRV. The monoclonal mouse antibody m166 reacts with the epitope of PCRV.

Purified polyclonal (poly) rabbit (Rab) IgG, control preimmune rabbit IgG, mouse MAb 166, or irrelevant mouse IgG2bK (MOPC-141) premixed with a bacterial inoculum consisting of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PA103 ( cfu, 4-fold lethal dose). The mixture was instilled into the 2.0 x 106 lungs of individual mic, and survival was assessed for 7 days.

Bacterial lysates were prepared after induction and were analyzed for antibody binding by Western blot analysis. MAb 166 bound to full-length clones and a carboxyl-terminal expression clone but not to amino-terminal clones or an internal deletion protein.
