This R23-2C-6 recombinant monoclonal antibody has the ability to specifically bind to human PDIA2 protein, a calculated weight of 58 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R23-2C-6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), flow cytometry (dilution range 1:50-1:100).
