Clone R74-4J-9 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically directed against human PER3 protein, a calculated weight of 132 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R74-4J-9 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).

- It is derived from the Latin roots 'circa' (about) and 'diem' (day) and acts as an important regulator of a wide array of physiological functions including metabolism, sleep, body temperature, blood pressure, endocrine, immune, cardiovascular, and renal function.
