Clone R74-4J-9 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically directed against human PER3 protein, a calculated weight of 132 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R74-4J-9 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).
