Recombinant Anti-PGLYRP1 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC255)

The anti-PGLYRP1 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human PGLYRP1. PGLYRP1 is an immunity protein with antibacterial properties. The antibody has a novel PGLYRP1-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble PGLYRP1 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
