Mouse Anti-PLXNC1 Recombinant Antibody (PL103)

The anti-PLXNC1 recombinant antibody (PL103) reacts with human PLXNC1. PLXNC1 is a transmembrane receptor for Semaphorin 7A. It is involved in axon guidance, immune cell trafficking, and the regulation of melanocyte adhesion. PLXNC1 signaling modulates the actin cytoskeleton and acts as a tumor suppressor in melanoma; its loss is associated with increased metastatic potential. The anti-PLXNC1 antibody (PL103) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
