The anti-PNU-159682 recombinant antibody (PN74) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody targeting PNU-159682 payload. PNU-159682 is an ultrapotent anthracycline derivative that represents the "next generation" of the doxorubicin family. It is the active metabolite of nemorubicin and is roughly 3,000 to 6,000 times more potent than standard doxorubicin.
