Mouse Anti-PRDM14 Recombinant Antibody (PR958)

The anti-PRDM14 recombinant antibody (PR958) reacts with human PRDM14. PRDM14 is a PR-domain protein essential for the maintenance of pluripotency and the specification of primordial germ cells. It works in conjunction with OCT4 and SOX2. PRDM14 signaling promotes global DNA demethylation and the repression of differentiation-linked genes, ensuring the epigenetic reprogramming of the germline. The anti-PRDM14 antibody (PR958) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
