Mouse Anti-PSG1 Recombinant Antibody (PS276)

The anti-PSG1 recombinant antibody (PS276) reacts with human PSG1. PSG1 is the most abundant fetal protein in maternal blood, produced by the syncytiotrophoblast. It is a member of the CEA family. PSG1 signaling has potent immunomodulatory effects, inducing the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines like IL-10 and TGF-β1, thereby protecting the semi-allogeneic fetus from the maternal immune system. The anti-PSG1 antibody (PS276) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
