The R08-6E3 recombinant antibody exhibits specific detecting to human RALB protein, a calculated weight of 23 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R08-6E3 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunoprecipitation (dilution range 1:20).
