Recombinant monoclonal antibody CbH4 scFv fragment specially binds to Streptococcus pneumoniae capsular polysaccharide (PS). The clone was selected from the human phage display Fab library. This human anti-PS antibody (CbH4) can be wild ly used to diagnose invasive pneumococcal disease.
