This product is a recombinant Human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) S1. It exhibits high neutralization potency against both authentic and pseudotyped SARS-CoV-2 but does not bind the RBD.

ELISA analysis of HPAB-0941-YJ-S(P) was performed by coating with SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) S1 Protein, AA Val 16 - Arg 685 (Fc Tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with HPAB-0941-YJ-S(P). The HRP-conjugated goat anti-His as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
