This recombinant monoclonal antibody to Human SCARB2 is a Mouse monoclonal antibody that can be used for applications: ELISA, Block, Inhib. This product can effectively inhibit EV71 infection of target cells.
Figure 1 The monoclonal antibody JL2 binds human SCARB2.
Cells overexpressing human SCARB2 and SCARB2 knockout cells were lysed and analyzed by Western blot using the anti-human SCARB2 polyclonal antibody (pAb) (top panel) and JL2 (middle panel). The lowest panel: β-actin was used as a loading control.
