Recombinant Anti-SERPINF2 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (77A3 var.)

The anti-SERPINF2 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human SERPINF2. SERPINF2 is a serpin family member involved in regulating blood clotting. The antibody has a novel SERPINF2-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble SERPINF2 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
