This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes SIGLEC7. The affinity constant (KD) to human Siglec-7 is 17 pM. The peptide recognized by antibody corresponds to amino acid residues 113-123, ARMSDAGRYFF. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used for ELISA, FC, Block, SPR, FuncS and other applications.
