Recombinant Anti-SIV gp41 Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv (Clone 6G8 x Clone 7D6) is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) that targets two distinct SIV gp41 epitopes. This construct employs a tandem scFv design. It features the 6G8 scFv, specific for the carbohydrate site of SIVmac239 gp41, N-terminally fused to the 7D6 scFv, which recognizes the region WQEWERKVDFLEEQITALLEEAQ on SIV gp41.
