This antibody targets SLC30A7, solute carrier family 30 member 7. Zinc functions as a cofactor for numerous enzymes, nuclear factors, and hormones, and as an intracellular and intercellular signal ion. SLC30A7 is a member of the zinc transporter (ZNT)/SLC30 subfamily of the cation diffusion facilitator family and allows cellular efflux of zinc. This mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for human antigens and suitable for ELISA, helps in researching the functions of SLC30A7 in zinc transport and its potential role in maintaining zinc homeostasis in the body.
